1. Shipping areas

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates.

International shipping may be available depending on destination.

 


 

2. Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 


 

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors (carrier delays, customs, etc.).

 


 

4. Shipping fees

  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping on all orders above 300 AED

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

 


 

5. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 


 

6. Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • failed deliveries due to incorrect address

  • additional fees related to re-delivery

 


 

7. Lost or delayed shipments

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

In case of a lost package, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

 


 

8. Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the product

  • photos of the packaging

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
