RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products (food supplements), we apply strict return and refund conditions in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.

 


 

Returns

We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • the request is made within a reasonable time after delivery

  • proof of purchase is provided

 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

 


 

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • opened or unsealed products

  • products that have been used or partially consumed

 


 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

 

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 


 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

Return shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
